This week for my Peer Mediation duty I almost completely forgot about it and it was good that my partner told me or would have never known that I had too. But on our duty we didn't have any problems except for the little ones with the smaller kids with "this person stole the ball" but those didn't really matter because it never went too far.
I showed leadership on my Peer Mediation duty by helping out my partner with a "problem student" who was involved in the problem at the time.
The leadership quality that I showed on my duty was Active Thinking by knowing that I had to help my partner when they couldn't handle the student.
